The Learning Hotel is the home of YOUNG Campus, a six-month residential hospitality programme for students and young professionals.
Participants rotate through Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Young Coffee, Operations and Business Support, mentored by professionals inside a live hotel. They don't shadow, they become part of the operation.
For guests, that means a house full of people who care about getting hospitality right, and who are visibly learning to. The founding cohort arrives in November 2026.
